Ann has more than 20 years of experience leading brand marketing for luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and wellness companies.

Ann has served in senior marketing roles and as Chief Marketing Officer at a number of internationally known consumer brands, including the Ralph Lauren-owned Club Monaco, John Hardy, Sperry, and luxury department stores. She has a track record of executing high growth, brand-enhancing strategies targeting affluent and millennial audiences in the lifestyle, luxury, and wellness categories. She is an expert in leading cross-departmental teams, delivering strategic integrated marketing campaigns, and building comprehensive brand strategies. Her career highlights include roles as Senior Vice President and CMO at Sperry, and SVP of Global Marketing and Ecommerce at John Hardy, where — in addition to overseeing all Global Marketing — she helped lead a financial transition that secured a successful exit for the brand’s private equity investors while acquiring new funding. Ann also served as VP of Marketing and Communications at Club Monaco, leading the brand into the digital age and tripling revenue in less than three years. Additionally, she has held leadership roles at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Henri Bendel.
